These Terms of Use apply to Ultimate Teacher Whiteboard. They describe how teachers and students may use the app. They are not a school contract or a legal certification.
The teaching features are for teachers and school staff using the app for classroom instruction. Students may join a live board only with a session code from their teacher.
You are responsible for the email, Apple, or Google sign-in you use. Do not share your teacher password. You may create an account, sign in, reset a password, or delete your account in the app.
You are responsible for the lessons, photos, PDFs, websites, and audio you present. Do not use the app to harm students or to collect student information beyond what a live class needs.
A live session lets nearby or remote students watch the board. Session codes and QR codes identify the class, not a student. End the session when class is over.
Do not abuse live sessions, attempt to access another teacher’s account, or use the service for advertising to children. The operator may limit or disable accounts that harm the service.
Features may change. Live audio and student editing depend on network conditions and may fall back to a board-only session.
The app is provided as a teaching aid. The operator is not responsible for lost lessons if a device fails; use Back Up All Whiteboards in Privacy & Data.
